Shifts – UK working hours (2 PM IST to 11 PM IST)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· As a senior technical product support specialist, you will be responsible for understanding digital marketing campaign objectives of customers and help their implementation on Jivox platform.
· Monitor display advertisement campaigns of customers and analyze complex campaign implementations to proactively help prevent both technical and strategy issues and execution of campaigns
· Implement complex integration of Jivox platform with other service providers(Data providers, DSP services, SSP services etc)
· Take ownership of all critical issues/road blocks faced by customers, provide solution and help in implementation of the solution
· Identify platform enhancements based on requirements of customer’s campaigns and communicate the same in a structured manner to the product development team, other relevant stakeholders for incorporation
· Identify, capture and distribute knowledge and best practices of Digital campaigns to Customers.
· Efficiently multi-task, work across multiple client engagements as well as key internal initiatives.
Must Haves :
Ø Domain knowledge of Digital Marketing
Ø Expertise in UI/UX Development
Ø Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3
Ø Experience in JSON and XML
Ø Experience in REST API services
Ø Cross-browser / Cross-platform compatibility knowledge
Ø Experience in Adobe tools Photoshop & Animate CC
Ø Remote Debugging skills
Ø Code Optimization techniques
Ø Experience in developing campaigns on advertisement build and publishing platforms similar to DFP, DCM, DBM, Trade Desk, AppNexus, SpongeCell, Celtra, Adacado etc
Ø Experience in technical documentation
Good to Have :
Ø Experience in LAMP, AWS, MS- Azure
